First off, let me wish you a happy and healthy holiday season to you and your family. Secondly, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to hear the world around me. When we first met, I was quite nervous about the outcome of my hearing test and even more concerned about the effects in the future.
At first, I was upset and angry, but with your professionalism and ease of explaining to me my options, I was able to deal with what I have and make the most of it.
Purchasing the two Starkey aids has been the greatest decision I will ever make. Since that time, I have more confidence talking with people. Thank you for making me realize what I have been missing for so long.
