The Customer Service is Fantastic!

Alex is a patient in our Clifton office, and recently sat down with Jared and shared his experiences.

Alex was encouraged to have a full hearing exam after not passing a hearing test at his primary care doctor’s office. He was diagnosed with a high-frequency hearing loss.

“The customer service at the office is fantastic. They’re really friendly. I had no idea how to get the hearing aids, and they made it really easy.”
