I just wanted to take the time to compliment one of your employees, Susan, for the excellent service she provided this week. Susan literally went out of her way to help my grandmother yesterday. These days exemplary customer service is a rarity and should be commended. It is also the type of customer service that will drive repeat and word of mouth business.
